Welcome to the Whitted Garage Where Champions Are Made


​Introducing a unique opportunity for your wrestler to elevate their skills directly under the guidance of Coach Dane Whitted CSCS, a seasoned coach known for his expert training methods.

This is NOT your typical group training camp where you are lucky to receive any individual attention from the instructor.

Here's your chance to get 6 hours of ​one on one personalized coaching. Your wrestler will have Coach Whitted's attention 100% of the time. ​Improvement is guaranteed.

OPTION 1:

Duration: 6 hours of intensive, life-changing training.
2x three hour sessions.


​Itinerary For Strength & Conditioning Only:
  • Introduction and Programming Lecture (30 minutes)
  • Warm-Ups (20 minutes)
  • Body Weight Movements (30 minutes)
  • Powerlifting (Back Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift) (1 hour)
  • Conditioning (30 minutes)
  • Lunch Break (1 hour) (healthy snacks provided)
  • Warm-Ups (20 minutes)
  • Gymnastics (20 minutes)
  • Clean and Jerk Skills and Drills (1 hour)
  • Snatch Skills and Drills (45 minute)
  • Conditioning (30 minutes)

Who Can Attend: Wrestlers looking to push their limits, from beginners to advanced competitors.

  • Live Wrestling (30 minutes)
  • Strength Training and Technique Instruction (1 hour)
  • Lunch Break (1 hour) (healthy snacks provided)
  • Warm-Ups (15 minutes)
  • Gymnastics (15 minutes)
  • Wrestling Drills (1 hour)
  • Live Wrestling (30 minute)
  • Strength Training and Technique Instruction (45 minutes)

Comprehensive Training Program:

Dynamic Warm-Ups: Kick off with warm-ups that not only prepare your body for the intensity of wrestling but also enhance mobility, develop skills, and prevent injuries.

Gymnastics:  A gymnastics session tailored for the mat. Learn essential moves like forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, and round-offs to boost your agility, balance, and recovery skills. Enhance your wrestling technique through handstands that sharpen your body control and spatial awareness, setting you apart in every match.


Wrestling Drills: Detailed, personalized drills focusing on stance, positioning, takedowns, escapes, and more. You'll master the fundamentals through repetition and precision.

Strength Training: Tailored sessions to build the muscle endurance and explosive power crucial for wrestling. Based on principles from The Whitted Method, learn the movements and skills you must know to gain strength in ways that directly translate to better performance on the mat.

Conditioning: Elevate your cardiovascular fitness with conditioning techniques that mimic the demands of a wrestling match, ensuring you can keep your performance level high from the first whistle to the last.

Live Wrestling: Apply what you've learned in controlled, live wrestling scenarios. Here, you'll get real-time feedback from Dane on technique, strategy, and mental game.
