My name is Dane Whitted. I'm a CSCS, a Combat Veteran, a National Champion athlete, and a father who has taken his own sons from getting crushed to dominating state championships.

  • What equipment do we need?
    • Our programming is built around standard equipment: a barbell, plates, dumbbells/kettlebells, a pull-up bar, and open space. We always provide bodyweight alternatives where possible.
  • Is this safe for my younger wrestler?
    • Absolutely. Our philosophy is "Skill First." We teach perfect movement patterns before adding heavy loads. The program is scalable to any age and ability level.
  • How do we access the content?
    • Everything is hosted on our private membership site at championspath.ghost.io. You get a personal login and can access it from any device.
  • How do I cancel?

COACH DANE WHITTED CSCS

Dane Whitted is the former Head Wrestling Coach of Upperman Highschool (TN) and Somers Middle School (NY). He was an Assistant Coach at Lincoln College (IL) and Somers High School (NY).

He is a National CrossFit Champion and owned CrossFit Upper Edge and Lincoln Barbell.


He is a U.S. Army combat veteran.

He is a lifetime multisport collegiate athlete competing in wrestling, football, track, MMA, and strongman.

He holds a Biological Psychology degree from Pace University and has completed the National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, National Academy of Sports Medicine CFT, International Sports Science Association CFT, CrossFit LV1, and CrossFit LV2 certifications.
